This Privacy Policy explains how The Place To Biz L.L.C (“TPTB”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the website www.angelicamarica.com and the “Angelica Marica” brand, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller/processor under its own privacy policy.

We share personal data only where necessary with: payment processors (Stripe); hosting and content-delivery providers; couriers/logistics partners for delivery within the UAE; professional advisers and auditors; and competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some service providers (e.g. Stripe, hosting) may process data outside the UAE or the EEA. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, consistent with the PDPL and GDPR.
