1. Delivery area — UAE only
We currently ship directly-sold products within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping for direct orders at this time.
2. Processing and delivery times

3. Shipping fees

5. Delivery address and failed deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may incur a re-delivery fee.
6. Affiliate products
Products offered via affiliate links (e.g. Amazon.ae, Noon, Namshi) are shipped and fulfilled by the third-party retailer, under that retailer’s own shipping terms and delivery areas. TPTB does not ship these products and is not responsible for their delivery.
