These Promotions Terms & Conditions apply to any promotion, discount code, coupon, sale or offer made available by The Place To Biz L.L.C (“TPTB”) on www.angelicamarica.com, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
1. General
Each promotion may have its own specific terms (eligible products, minimum spend, dates). Where campaign-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the campaign terms prevail.
2. Eligibility and validity
- Promotions are valid only for the stated period and while stocks last.
- Unless stated otherwise, a discount code may be used once per customer and cannot be applied to past orders.
- Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Combining offers
Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or coupon codes.
4. Amendment and withdrawal
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, or to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms, or in the event of an error (e.g. incorrect price or code).
5. Affiliate promotions
Any discount, deal or promotion shown for affiliate products is set and honoured by the third-party retailer (e.g. Amazon.ae, Noon, Namshi), not by TPTB, and is subject to that retailer’s terms. TPTB is not responsible for third-party promotions or their availability.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
