These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.angelicamarica.com (the “Website”) and any purchase of products or services sold directly by The Place To Biz L.L.C (“TPTB”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Place To Biz L.L.C, Trade Licence No. 1701351.01, TRN 104460780000003, registered at Sharjah Media City, P.O. Box 124944, Sharjah, UAE; operating office Al Sahaa Offices, Souk Al Bahar, Downtown, Dubai, UAE.
2. What we sell
- Physical products — a limited selection of cosmetic products sold directly by TPTB and shipped within the UAE.
- Creator & marketing services — including commercial modeling, UGC content creation, brand & product campaigns, testimonials, voice-over and related services, provided on a quotation/booking basis.
- Affiliate products — other products displayed on the Website are affiliate listings that link to third-party retailers (e.g. Amazon.ae, Noon, Namshi). These are not sold by TPTB; see our Legal Notice & Affiliate Disclosure.
3. Prices and payment
Prices for directly-sold items are displayed in UAE Dirham (AED) and, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT (TRN 104460780000003). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is accepted only once payment is confirmed; we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud) and to refund any amount paid.
4. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance and/or dispatch. We may limit quantities.
5. Services
Services are provided under a separate quotation, statement of work, or booking confirmation, which forms part of these Terms. Deposits, scheduling and deliverables are as agreed in that confirmation and are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
6. Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations
Delivery of physical goods is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy; returns, refunds and cancellations by our Return Policy, Refund & Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy.
7. Affiliate purchases
Where you follow an affiliate link and buy from a third-party retailer, the transaction is solely between you and that retailer under its terms. TPTB is not responsible for purchases made outside this Website.
8. Promotions
Any promotion, discount or coupon is subject to our Promotions Terms & Conditions and any campaign-specific terms.
9. Intellectual property
All Website content is owned by or licensed to TPTB and may not be used without permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Website and content are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPTB excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including consumer rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
